Absolutely. ASCEND isn't about where you're starting — it's about who you're becoming. Ada works with women at every fitness level. The Discipline & Embodiment program is specifically designed for women building their foundation, while the Signature program is customized entirely to your current level.

Most programs train the body and ignore the mind. ASCEND works on your identity first — the beliefs, patterns, and self-concept that determine whether change actually sticks. You'll get world-class training, but you'll also rewire how you see yourself. That's what makes results permanent.

Because quitting isn't a discipline problem — it's an identity problem. When your self-concept doesn't match the habits you're trying to build, self-sabotage is inevitable. ASCEND addresses the root. The Rewire pillar exists specifically to break the cycle that has kept you stuck, so consistency becomes natural rather than forced.

For the Signature program, expect 4–5 hours per week including your training sessions and your weekly 1:1 call with Ada. The Alignment Intensive is slightly less intensive at 3–4 hours per week. Discipline & Embodiment is fully self-paced, so you move at your own rhythm. All programs are built for real women with real lives.

It's simple and takes about 3 minutes. You fill out a short form sharing where you are and what you're looking for. Ada personally reads every application and follows up with a brief intro call to make sure you're matched with the right program. There's no pressure — just a real conversation.
